Instructor Specialists 

Join our team and support PCMA in meeting training demands across the country, and potentially, even abroad.
This is a full-time position.

Duties will Include:

  • Educate a team of Instructors in PCMA’s competency-based training curriculums at various schools, organizations, and treatment facilities throughout the United States.
  • Assist and guide new users in the development of a training plan to organize and facilitate a successful roll out of Professional Crisis Management (PCM) in their organization/ schools.
  • Provide ongoing support aimed at maintaining continued success and progress in using PCM within their school or organization.
  • Assist users of the PCM system in staying ahead of the curve by conducting Instructor Recertification training.  Duties may also include planning and delivering webinars and workshops on best practices in crisis management and providing professional consultation services.

Selection will be based on the applicant’s prior experience as a PCM instructor, the consistency of outstanding course evaluation ratings, and his/her demonstrated commitment to maintenance of the integrity of PCM strategies and procedures. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to correctly demonstrate all physical procedures and techniques without difficulty.
  • Professionalism and a respectful attitude to others (non-judgmental, open-minded).
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Adherence to the latest PCM training methodology.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in travel and work schedule with short notice.

To maintain the integrity of our signature crisis management program, selection requirements are stringent and include the following:

Currently certified in PCM.

Three years’ experience training or implementing PCM (minimum).
